Sergio DJing and hosting a wedding reception
Guitar into DJ · Miami & South Florida

The guitarist at the aisle is the DJ on the floor.

One artist for the whole wedding: Spanish guitar through the vows and cocktails, a bilingual DJ and MC through the last dance.

In short. One artist covers the whole wedding: live Spanish guitar for the ceremony and cocktail hour, then a bilingual DJ and MC through dinner and dancing. No second vendor, no handoff, no gap in the music. The Luxe collection starts at $4,000 and The Grand, with a curated ensemble and lighting, at $6,500.

Why one artist

The music never changes hands.

i.

One timeline

The person who played your processional is the person announcing your first dance. Cues, names, pronunciations and the order of events live in one head, not in a handoff sheet between a musician and a DJ company.

ii.

One sound system

The rig that carries the ceremony microphones carries the reception. One load-in, one setup out of sight, one invoice.

iii.

One room, two languages

Sergio hosts in English, Spanish or both and reads a mixed floor: Latin, Top 40, Mediterranean and whatever the room asks for. Guests who arrived for the guitar stay for the dancing.

How the evening runs

Guitar for the arrival. DJ for the floor.

Ceremony. Prelude, processional and recessional on nylon-string guitar, with wireless microphones for the officiant and vows.

Cocktail hour. Roaming guitar at conversational volume.

Dinner. Live guitar or ambient DJ sets, your choice.

Dancing. Bilingual DJ with MC announcements for introductions, toasts, first dance and cake. Up to six hours of coverage in The Luxe, with additional hours available.

Questions people ask

Before you check your date.

Is the DJ set a real DJ set, or a playlist?

A real set. Sergio mixes live, reads the floor, takes requests, and hosts on the mic. The guitar is the other half of the same performer, not a substitute for a DJ.

How do you switch from guitar to DJ?

The move is invisible. The sound system is already set for the room; Sergio steps from the guitar to the decks between the last dinner song and the first dance.

Do we need a separate MC?

No. Introductions, toasts, the first dance and cake are announced by Sergio, in English, Spanish or both.

What if we only want the DJ?

Then book a private event collection with the DJ and sound, or ask for a quote. Most couples who found Sigano through the guitar keep both.

Is Sigano insured?

Yes. Sigano LLC carries general liability insurance of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate; a certificate is available for your venue on request.
